Hello there! Here's my list: Armstrong - Offaly / Kings County William Armstrong born 1789. Married Mary Young in 1811 and had 5 children, Elizabeth, Robert Gregory, John Young, Mary and Kate. They were Protestants. A Catholic family encouraged them to become Catholic, and in doing so, decided to leave town and come to Cincinnati, Oh, around the early 1820's. William started a shoemaking business there. Armstrong - Laois / Queens County Francis (Frank) Armstrong left Ireland in 1829 and stayed with the Armstrongs in Cincy. Married their daughter Elizabeth in 1830 and had 15 children, Eliza, John, William, Frank, Kate, Sue,Mollie, Robert Gregory Armstrong, Tillie, Edward, Charlie. (2 are missing) Robert Gregory was my ggrandfather. I would really like to get some sort of history from back in Ireland. Anyone?? Thank you and Happy New Year to all.
