Reading from the front page of the Clomnel Advertiser from that date,it refers to a mention of Timothy Tierney's brother tho his name was not disclosed.Does anyone out there know where I can get a copy of the trial to read other than what was published on the front page of the paper.We always thought that he was from the Nenagh -Tipperary area but a search at the record centres show nothing of a marriage there nor anything regarding the birth of his 6 children.After Ellen left Ireland 1836-39 we have all the records since then.Our family has been searching what seems forever to find the names of Timothy;s parents and his siblings.Can anyone out there help us out ?
