(Gorman) Lowe, 86, of 177 Main St., a former mill worker, died yesterday in Clinton Hospital after an illness. Her husband, Raymond Lowe, died many years ago. She leaves a nephew, John Gorman of Clinton; three nieces, Joan Anderson and Mary Gorman, both of Clinton, and Diane Greenspan of Dix Hills, L.I., N.Y.; grandnephews and grandnieces. She was born in Clinton, daughter of John and Mary (Davitt) Gorman. She graduated from Clinton High School. Mrs. Lowe was a finisher at Miron Mills. She later worked at Colonial Press Inc. She was a life member of St. John the Evangelist Church. The funeral will be held Wednesday from Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Lancaster. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St., Clinton, 01510.
