"Caddy" (O'Malley) Kennedy, 81, of 101 Forest St., died yesterday in University of Massachusetts Hospital, Worcester, after an illness. Her husband, James R. Kennedy, died in 1967. She leaves five daughters, Mary E. Watts, Helen A. McWilliams, Jane A. and Tricia M. Kennedy, and Catherine A. Colonis, all of Fitchburg; and two grandchildren. She was born in Clinton, daughter of Anthony R. and Nora A. (Davitt) O'Malley, and lived here 58 years. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1934 and Becker Junior College, now Becker College, Worcester, in 1936. Mrs. Kennedy was a member of St. Bernard's Church. The funeral will be held Thursday from Smith-Mallahy-Masciarelli Funeral Home, 243 Water St., with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Bernard's Church, 240 Water St. Burial will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
