I have letters written in April 1940 stating that John H. DuBois, Jr. was living in Belfast in the area of Queens Parade(?) running a rooming house with his sister, Mary. John also had a job as a 'tea sugar'(?) very difficult to read. Can anyone tell me if there is a Queens Parade area in Belfast .. and also what is a 'tea sugar'??
