    3. >From the Registry of Deeds, Dublin, Vol. 3 FAHY, Francis, Ballyeighter and Calfhill, Co. Galway, Esq. 12 March 1808. Narrate 1 p. 15 April 1809 Trustee William KELLY, Loughrea, Co. Galway, gent. to whom he assigned his property at Ballyeighter and Calfhill, parish of Kilbeacon [Kilbeacanty], barony of Kiltarton, Co. Galway, for the use of his son Fras. Fahy, junr., for life with remainder to his eldest and every other son in tail male, and in default to the use of Catherine FAHY otherwise BURKE, the wife of said Fras. Fahy deceased, for life, and after her death for Hubert Thomas DOLPHIN, Turoe, Co. Galway, for life with remainder to his eldest and every other son. A jointure to his wife, $200 [pounds] to his daughter Eleanor FAHY and $100 [pounds] to his brother Jas. Fahy. His interest in the tenement on the Athenry road with the furniture therein to his wife. Small bequests to his sister Belinda BURKE and Elinor MADDEN. Exors. his wife Catherine Fahy otherwise burke, and said Hubert Thos. Dolphin. Witnesses: Rev. Wm.
