She leaves her husband of 52 years, John J. O'Malley; three daughters, Rosemary Breen of Sutton, Anne Parzuchowski of Glastonbury, Conn., and Catherine Novick of Worcester; a foster daughter, June Ricker of Clinton; five sisters, Sally Gavin and Anne Maxwell, both in Ireland, Agnes Kilcoyne, Julia Ruane and Catherine Kitterick, all in England; eight grandchildren; two foster grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Lewisburg, County Mayo, Ireland, daughter of Michael and Bridget (Davitt) Gavin, and lived here most of her life. Mrs. O'Malley was a press operator at Ray-O-Vac Corp. for many years before she retired. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church. The funeral will be held tomorrow from Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Lancaster.
