I am trying to find an obit for the following, and would appreciate any help which could be given. ABBIE LYONS/LEHANE, abt 66 yrs, died 4 May 1941. Husband John Lyons/Lehane. Her residence is given as 58 Wyckoff Street, Brooklyn, NY but since there does not seem to be any record of her death in the NY index I am wondering if perhaps she was back in Ireland at the time of her death. She had a brother, John Lyons, living in Kilnamartyra at the time and I think she was born in that area in 1875. Her husband's name was John Lehane, b: Ballyvourney, Co. Cork, but he changed his name to LYONS when migrated to USA. Her maiden name was also LYONS. They were known as Lyons in USA but it is possible that her death may have been recorded under the name LEHANE. Would really appreciate any help in tracing this death.
