    3. Washington Post Washington, DC March 1, 1907 NEPHEWS TO BE BEARERS Funeral of "Mother Mahoney" to Take Place at St. Dominic's. At the funeral to-morrow morning of Mrs. Johanna Mahoney, who was known as "Mother Mahoney," six of her nephews will act as pallbearers. They are Patrick and Annis Collins, of Washington; Willis and Dennis H. Barry and Patrick and Daniel Doody, of Martinsburg, W.Va. Requiem mass will be celebrated at St. Dominic's Church at 9 o'clock to be followed by burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Mrs. Mahoney was eighty years old. Her death, which occurred Wednesday morning at her home, 628 K street southwest, was due to the infirmities of old age. She was a native of Abbey Feal, County Limerick, Ireland. The name of "Mother Mahoney" was given her in 1874, during the smallpox epidemic, when she went among the destitute sick in her section of the city, supplying them with necessities of food without price. MAHONEY- On Wednesday, February 27, 1907, at 11 a.m. at her residence, 628 K street southwest, Mrs. JOHANNA MAHONEY, widow of Patrick Mahoney, a native of Abbeyfeale, County Limerick, Ireland. Funeral Saturday morning, March 2, at 9 o'clock. Requiem mass at St. Dominic's. Interment at Mount Olivet. Jan 15, 1908 LISTON- On Sunday, January 12, 1908, at 10:45 p.m., at his residence, 808 Fourth street northeast, MICHAEL, beloved husband of the late Ann Liston (nee King), born in the County of Limerick, Ireland. Funeral services at his late residence Wednesday, January 15, at 8:30 a.m., thence to St. Aloysious' Church, where mass will be said at 9 a.m. for the repose of his soul.
