    3. Hi Becky and all other listers, I am happy to do lookups for anyone but if you would provide the County you are interested in that would make things go a lot faster as the book is divided by counties with no index by names or towns. 3. Hi Shannah, The book I have is very specific to the people that owned 1 acre or more of land in the year 1876, so I can't help you with information of who owned your family home later. The good news is the following entries are in the book for 1876 in County Kerry. Twiss, Edward, Dingle, 77 acres, valued at 31 L (pounds) Twiss, Francis, Tralee, 301 acres, 62 L. Twiss, John R., Ballahantouragh, Castleisland, 358 acres, 75 L. Twiss, Robert, M.D., Mount Prospect, Killarney, 250 acres, 39 L. Twiss, William, Tralee, 103 acres, 40 L. It looks like the first entry above is the one you are looking for with a lot of other relatives in the area. Good luck with your search. Also, it depends on what your dates are, but the property had been sold in 1951. It was my grfa. Wm. Jas. who was the executor of his fa.'s will--Edward James. It had been sold due to lack of taxes and my Branch had been out here in Canada when this had happened. Would you happen to know who had bought it and any other particulars, please? 3. Maryann, could you look in the book "land owners in Ireland" to see if Mary Anne Williams of "Fort William", Portadown, is listed? Her husband died in 1849 and I am trying to find out when she died. I do know that her death was at "Fort William". What happened to the property then I do not know. Many thanks Ian McEachern Geraldton Western Australia
