Hello, I recently returned from Ireland where I visited the Kilbarry graveyard in Dunmanway, Co. Cork. Unfortunately I could not find the graves of my great grandparents and great uncle, John, Mary and Timothy Buckley. It was so sad to see the cemetery so overgrown and it seems that no one cares about cleaning it up. Does anyone know if the town or the government is responsible for the upkeep? I also visited the cemetery at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Dunmanway where I visited the graves of some Buckley family members. It is an old cemetery but is kept up I believe by the church and family. I wish it was possible to repair the headstones of our loved ones, I truly would have loved to find my great grandparents headstone but had to settle for pictures of the graveyard alone. Is anyone familiar with these graveyards? Peggy
