Dear Listers After looking at all mail and suggestions and taking into account what Rootsweb Help desk had suggested, I have now with careful thought, adopted this wording for the Topic of Ireland Cemeteries BUT before you all dash off and unsub, this is not my intention that this should happen, but a desire to utilise both lists for the good of the listers so ...........I guess as I have been told *you are now the list administrator and you can let some lee way into the list* Happy to oblige so this is the new Topic for this list but I welcome all input to help all on this list should headstones appear some where else and not here I will make notification to this list as well, that headstones have appeared elsewhere for said place. Now while I have your attention I want to thank those listers who do take the time to look up their sources for those seeking ancestors, I must admit most of my headstones are from Co Wicklow~ Wexford with a smattering of other places. IRELAND-CEMETERIES-L Topic: A mailing list for anyone researching Irish cemeteries including their history, associated churches, how to research for their ancestors, preservation of historical information, determining location, care of tombstones and the inscriptions thereon, any cemeteries which have been indexed on the internet and in other written forms, etc. and sharing information about all of the above.
