Denise, I am so so sorry for your experience. I find that posting messages on message boards, often gets very very good results. Mailing list are fantastic too. I just got a lot of information from someone in Calfiornia on my family from Poland that resided in MA. There are more decent people I think, but your right you can never be to careful. Maybe if this is the only method to get certifcates, you can agree to pay upon receipt of certificate. Just an idea. I hope you are progressing better now on your search.
