Can anyone tell me who holds the burial records for military cemeteries in Ireland? I am interested in the 1890s. Thank You

I have a book on loan from the library which details the burials at Ballincollig County Cork Military Graveyard from 1810 to 1922. I can do a look-up there if you wish.
