To search items previously posted to rootsweb's lists from the main page www.rootsweb.com click on "threaded archive search" under the List subcategory. It doesn't seem to be working at the moment, so I can't tell you exactly what to do after that. But, I believe you put the list name in, ie. Irl-sligo and then can search by keyword or date. If anyone is searching for someone in Sligo, they really should join the list. There seem to be a lot of knowledgeable people subscribed to it and they're very helpful. Good luck! Anne
