I *THINK* the system will be that you can enter a query free for a name and you will then be offered all people of that name and their general locations. For a fee of 0. 75 sterling you would get details for the person you select and for another 0. 50 sterling you will get details of that persons household. But, as I say, noone can be quite sure yet. The organisers claim this is a non-profit project with all money going into the provision of other 0n-line databases. The 1891 UK census is next.
