I don't think anyone quite knows the routine yet because nobody (or hardly anyone) has been able to get on the site. Last thing I heard was that yesterday it was totally shut down! I *THINK* the system will be that you can enter a query free for a name and you will then be offered all people of that name and their general locations. For a fee of 0. 75 sterling you would get details for the person you select and for another 0. 50 sterling you will get details of that persons household. But, as I say, noone can be quite sure yet. The organisers claim this is a non-profit project with all money going into the provision of other 0n-line databases. The 1891 UK census is next. Hello again listers: My second request is for information from the Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan area, particularly east of town and around the Co. Armagh border. My grandfather was born in 1884 in Tullycollive, Muckno Parish, Townland of Moy and his family attended Frankford Presbyterian Church. I wrote to the church several years ago and was told they had no burial information, although I know from old letters received by my grandparents there was at least one member of my family buried there. Does anyone on the list live near Castleblayney and have information on burials there? Or know where I could look for this? Mary Jane (BAILEY) CROMIE, my great-grandmother, died in 1888 and her husband James CROMIE died in 1927. Relatives who may also have lived in the area as well included: MULLEN or MULLIGAN, CLARKE, ANDERSON, BELL, KING, CREAN, MAXWELL, HALL, and LUNDY. As my Cromie ancestors lived so close to the eastern edge of Co. Monaghan, many of the families they married into may have actually lived in Co. Armagh. As an aside, my letter to Frankford Presbyterian Church did reward me with lists of the marriages and baptisms that took place there over roughly a 150 year span, and I'd be happy to do look-ups for anyone who thinks their family may have attended that church. Hello everyone, and Happy New Year. I'm looking for death and cemetery information on my great-grandparents Andrew and Mary Ann (NOBLE) WASSON, who lived in Glenmaquin, Co. Donegal and attended Convoy Presbyterian Church. Mary Ann died in 1923 and Andrew in 1930. Mary Ann's parents also lived in the area, which is located near Letterkenny, just south of where the River Swilly empties into Lough Swilly. I'm guessing there might be a cemetery by the church but I don't know if that's the case. I have written to the church twice but never had a response. Can anyone help? Actually, I suspect my ancestors were likely related to a many other residents of Glenmaquin, judging by the 1910 census. Other known relatives were LAIRD, MOOREHEAD, LYTTLE, COWAN, EATON, DAVIS, ROULSTON and HARVEY. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Maureen Parker San Antonio, Texas, USA

I have been searching for members of my MOLLOY family for many years. The very sad part of this, is that I still have relatives living in the area, and they have declined to assist me with any of my research. So if anyone should have any extra time on their hands (ha! ha!) I sure could use some assistance. I believe the following were born in Muiniagh, Tullamore, Kings Cnty. As far as dates, I have very few. I am seeking ANY information...... Parents: MOLLOY, Michael (b. mid 1840's, Ballinree, Kings) - married 12 Jul 1875 Ballybritt, Birr to - BROWNE, Margaret (b. mid 1850's Ballybritt,). Children: MOLLOY, Rody d. 1918 buried in St. Colomba's Cemetery, Durrow, Tullamore. (wife: Mary Bridget HORAN) MOLLOY, Bernard, buried in Durrow Cemetery. (wife: Mary CONROY). MAHER, Ann (nee MOLLOY) d. 1962, buried in Durrow (husband: Matthew MAHER). NOLAN, Mary Bridget (nee MOLLOY) lived and died in Glasnevin, Dublin. MOLLOY, Timothy, d. in Mallow, Co. Cork (wife's name Margaret )? MOLLOY, Patrick, buried in Durrow (wife: Margaret BERMINGHAM). MOLLOY, John - (wife: Ellen). MOLLOY, Thomas - d. 1943, buried in Durrow. To make matters a little worse, last year I wrote to the person who is the keeper of the records for Durrow Cemetery, enclosed a donation and requested information. Never heard from them.........So, I just keep plugging along as the we all do! Thanks for any help, information or suggestions. Denise
