    2. Judith Mellifont - thanks for your extraordinary offer. My GGgrandfather James BARR II is believed to have died 1832. He was a resident of Culleybacky and was surely buried in the Presbyterian graveyard there. My Ggrandparents went to Middlesex County, Onterio ca. 1847 as did five other Barr siblings. If you can find tombstone inscription or other death record for my GGG, I shall be very, very grateful. Martha Len Strange - marlenstr@aol.com

    3. Hello John, Thanks so much for your information about Hannah McSweeney. I was very remiss, I should have put the year she may have arrived in Australia as there were lots of women with this name arriving in all parts of Oz over a number of years. 'My Hannah' would have arrived in Queensland prior to 25 March, 1845, we have her marrying in Qld at this time, unfortunately we cannot find her entry any where in Aust. but are always grateful for any information on the name from anywhere in Aust. or it is even possible she may have come via New Zealand, there is no indication in any later records that she was a convict. Many thanks for your assistance. Colleen from Qld where the temps are still too high!

    3. Dear All, Quite a number of people have enquired about the CD Irish Parish Records: Antrim, Down, Louth. It is available through Ancestry.com for a sale price of $29.95 at present. Go to http://shops.ancestry.com/searchresultslist.asp and enter search word 'ireland'. The CD is listed fourth down the page. I have no connection with Ancestry.com other than subscribing to their newsletter and this email attempts to address queries from a number of listers. Happy researching. Cheers, Judith Mellifont.
