    3. Hi Cara I am looking around 1870 in county Londonderry for a Mary O'neill Neill/McNeill who married a Thomas Dimond/Diamond in the 1830', making them born in 1810. I have been looking for over 15 years and cannot find out. I would appreciate very much whatever you can give me. 2. In a message dated 7/18/2005 9:20:18 P.M. Central Daylight Time, IRELAND-CEMETERIES-D-request@rootsweb.com writes: According to their marriage certificate, Bridget's father was Michael Hannon, deceased, and James Brennan was the father of James. Thought that the slim connections might make these parallel families. Any connections to anyone's research? My Michael Hannan was born in County Waterford, Ireland about 1815. Wife's name was Mary, no daughter by the name of Bridget. You might send a message to the Hannon/Hannan roots list or post it on their board to see if you can get some more help. Bettye

    3. Hi Cara, I have not contacted you before but I am hoping there is a chance I may get lucky with-Ireland Cemeteries. For several years I have been searching for my father's family with no result. I have visited the office of the archives in Dublin who told me they have no records of the name, and I have visited the Irish Guards archives in London, England as my father was in the Irish Guards as a young man. They cannot even trace the name "De Moul". My father was born in 1904 or O5 and he and his mother came over from Ireland (from Dublin I believe) to Liverpool, England, when he was a boy. He was crushed and killed by a fall of rock when labouring on the Mersey Tunnel in 1929. His mother's name was Kate - I do not know her second name or whether she was married to my grandfather. She subsequently married a St. Leger and and someone else whose name I cannot remember. I would be so happy to even find the name "De Moul". Many thanks in advance. Pat Williams, Oakville, Canada

    3. Thought I would add to the mix: My James Brennan married Bridget Hannon on 14 December 1874 in Halifax, County York, England. James was 21 and Bridget was "of full age". Her death certificate would give her a birth year of 1853. Both were born in Ireland. Family oral history states that the Brennans came from County Louth, close to the Co. Meath border, but I haven't been able to get an exact location. We do not know where the Hannons came from. According to their marriage certificate, Bridget's father was Michael Hannon, deceased, and James Brennan was the father of James. Thought that the slim connections might make these parallel families. Any connections to anyone's research? 3. Hi Cara, I have hesitated to bother you as I really do not have any info but after reading a few other requests I thought that I might as well give it a shot as I have been stuck for years (15 or 20) My ggrandfather was Michael Sullivan b.1827 in Doonbeg Co Clare. His parents were Patrick Sullivan and Mary McInerney. I have been to Doonbeg twice visited a Priest, a church several cemetaries, talked to people, drove one lovely old gentleman around the countryside stopping at various farms but I could notl earn anything re Patrick and Mary. Michael married Bridget Marren b. 1834 in Mageracloone Co Monaghan and I have not been able to learn anything about her parents Andrew Marren and Sarah McCabe. If you could possibly steer me in the right direction I would really appreciate it, thanks, Norma Cara_Links <cracker@hotkey.net.au> wrote:please be good enough to add a time frame even if you do not know the dates you seek it makes life easier for those trying to help you CARA ==== IRELAND-CEMETERIES Mailing List ==== REMEMBER ~ Never open an attachment until you are absolutely positive it is safe to do so. ============================== Search the US Census Collection. Also trying to locate parishes of S Marie, S Luke, S Catherine , ans S Werburgh. Can someone tell me where they are located? Last, a book called The register of St. Nicholas Without Dublin. Where would St. Nicholas be? What does the without Dublin mean? On page 113 of this book is supposed to be recorded on page 36, birth of Johana Hill dau of Swinfield Hill and Mary Wilson from Muton Lane. Page 41, the birth of Robert Hill son of Sinfield Hill and Mary Wilson , borne ye 1oth and baptised ye 15th from Cork Lane 1713. Are Muton Lane and Cork Lane in Dublin? I would appreciate any help anyone can administer.. I would like to have copies of these article in these books also. Does anyone know where to find them? I live in USA.
