Could someone please help me find my grandmothers step father? His name was Patrick WHITE born 1863/4 Ireland, married to Sarah BANKS, b. 1854 Barnton, and on the 1891 census, had:- Catherine b. 1891, and stepson Edward, b. 1887 (Patrick married Sarah in 1890 Prescot reg.) Information about him might help me solve the mystery of my grandfathers life. His name was Robert HUGHES, from Ireland, and he married my grandmother Clara nee Banks in 1911.Clara was Patrick White's stepdaughter, and my fantasy is that Patrick knew Robert from over in Ireland, and introduced him to his stepdaughter!
