    2. Well said David, I have been doing LOOKUPS and have been away for a week, now back and would like to add my two sense .. David's thoughts are good ones - Names in CAPS and as much info as possible is helpful as the lookups are time consuming and frustrating when one can not find anything for you .. ...I have found that most (9 ot of 10) requestors have sent me a "thank you" on receipt of something or even nothing ..
