You are most welcome. I did a search also of British isles vital records index cds and turns up two other males born to same couple. (Sinclair/Turner) No given name when the male's births were registered. (according to the index of births on the CD) (a bit strange) really when you think of that fact. Three males, with no given names at birth regristration. Male Sinclair born Aug 1864 Male Sinclair born 24th Jan 1870 third male Sinclair born 22 Nov 1973 If you find the one born Aug 1864 is Joseph, it would be worth following up the 1901 and 1911 census of the parish. Thanks again Kath, from what my great aunt told me he was one of 18 children,. I know that our Joseph was in England in 1897 when he married my GGrandmother, he died there in 1927 and as far as we know never returned to Ireland, they are in the British Census of 1901 and I think I located him in the 1891 Census in England prior to his marraige. His son was named Thomas, not that is definitive. I have his school record from the parish of Bansha and I think I may hve found his grandfather in Kilshane on the Griffin Valuation register.
