Yes, I did mean Sioux Falls, SD where Roy Bailey died. He was buried in the cemetery at Flandreau, but she is not. His parents and brother are buried there also. Phoebe doesn't appear on the marriage index for SD after 1940, she's not on the Minnesota death index, not in the California death index, and not in the cemetery where her parents were buried. The Minnehaha county cemetery book is very incomplete so it has been no help at all. Hopefully, there is some relative of the family who has some information about Phoebe. Karolyn
