I'm searching for information on Phoebe WILKA, born April 1885 Rock Rapids, Lyon County, IA, daughter of William & Martha Wilka. The Wilka family moved from Rock Rapids to Lake County, SD where they were enumerated for the 1910 census. Phoebe married Roy W. Bailey, son of William W. Bailey & Mariah Long, (Wm Bailey was son of John Smith Bailey). Phoebe & Roy lived at Flandreau, SD then moved to Sioux City, SD where Roy died at his Sioux City home in 1940. William (died 1912) & Martha Wilka (died 1940) were buried in Riverview Cemetery at Rock Rapids. Did Phoebe marry again? When & where was her death & burial? Karolyn in Montana

Can't help you so far Karolyn but do you mean Sioux Falls in Minnehaha co, S.D? That's where the family was in 1930.
