I have been sitting here and wondering why did they name the town Brazil. Was it a fling of humor. Someones name... people from brazil?. Perphaps the same reason someone named towns in wi. Dallas, Maine and Arkansas. I have seen the name of the german villages duplicated everywhere FROM where they came from. A new world with part of the old. Even in africa settlements and who knows where. But i am sure they diidnot come from Brazil. What is the story?
