Thanks to the Fayette co. Historical society, I've solved a 7 year mystery but naturally opened up a few more.According to marrige return, Leona Jane Baker(or fay) gave birth July 1st 1878 to Maud Amanda Fay in Motor, Warren co IA.The 1880 census shows maud with aunt Hibbert in Clayton co Father Ambrose in same county.I have a feeling Leona died during child birth because we can't find Leona Baker anywhere.Is anyone familiar with cemeterys in Motor?
