ThePapers for addmission are Dated dated 27 March 1917as a Widow. I know that Her first Husband was Kill but I do not know what happened to Mr. Johnson. On the papers that were sent to me from the Mental Health Institute, Only the names of her Son Harold Thompson and a Sister who's name is Mrs. Ranah Porsch are on the papers. Maybe MR.
