I am trying to assist my cousin with information to include in their family Bible. His Grandparents were Fred Lewis Linkin and Ina Ellen Hanks. They lived in New London, IA and were getting up in years by 1965. I would appreciate any information. I am guessing that Fred's parents were William and Sarah. Sheila, New London is in Henry co. and Ancestry's 1930 index for New London has a household of Fred L. & Ina E. LURKIN, , both 42, born Ia. Son Vergil K. 18, and daughter Myne E. 15, both Ia. complete the household. Enumneration District 15, NARA film pg 273B. The 1930 federal census is the last one avail.to the public.
