Haven't kept up with this line, but has anyone suggested you check with your local or regional libraries? I have a home outside Charlotte NC in Union Co. None of the Union Co libraries subscribe, nor do any in Mecklenburg (Charlotte), however, Gaston Co nearby does, so for $10 a year, I can join and also access from anywhere in the country.
