Hello, everyone, It has been a hectic week as The IAGenWeb Project has had to say goodbye to one county coordinator and another of our CC's has cut back on her duties to just one county. We are sorry to hear of this, but do appreciate the fact that other priorities are calling them. Connie Street and Sally Youngquist have both done a tremendous job of maintaining, updating, and caring for their respective counties. These two ladies cared for seven counties between them. Ruth Dresser has become the Co-Coordinator for Lee Co. Ruth had worked along side Sally as her Assistant County Coordinator for some time. Nancie Dobyns has become the new Butler Co. Coordinator. Nancie is also the Special Projects Coordinator for Iowa in the Civil War and the former CC for Black Hawk Co. The following counties are still in need of a new coordinator: Buchanan, Franklin, Keokuk, Louisa, and Poweshiek, although we do have applications out on the last two.
