my records show that The amanda cauble who married George Marshall was the daughter of Robert Cauble and Sarah Naugle. The amanda cauble, daughter of Andrew J. Cauble married John Thomas Jacob Graves. Can you verify which is correct? Could be i have them switched. Hi Herb, Well, this got me looking alittle further. There were so many "Cauble's" with the same name and age that it was easy for me to get goofed up. I rechecked the census and the only Amanda Cauble I could find was d/o Andrew & (Elizabeth Hinkle). However, I did find the Supplemental marriage index in genlibrary showing the marriage you mentioned of Amanda Cauble -> George Marshall - this entry clearly shows she was 19yrs old d/o Robert Cauble & Sarah Naugle. I found the marriage of Leota (not Amanda) Cauble to John T. Graves - this also indicates Leota was d/o Andrew & Elizabeth (Hinkle) Cauble. Her age of 19 when she married, certainly does match up with the age of their daughter Amanda.....so where did the name Leota come from??? Are there twins?
