    3. Ruth, I did not find any Hoover or Hover names. The only Wheeler named is one C.E. Wheeler who was shown as a witness to the will of Joseph B. Shanks, written June 28, 1895. I only have the abstracts for Washington Co, so they might be in an Illinois record.
