I read the listing of the John Hays Chapter SAR which includes a John Newland. Is there anyone in the area of the John Hays Chapter who could give me any information on John Newland. I would especially like to verify if his wife was an Ann Walker. If Ann was a sister to William S. (Sanders) Walker, Thomas B. (Burton) Walker and Sarah McCormick nee Walker.
