There is a John B Smith in the 1820 Census living in Washington County, there are four people in this John B. Smith household. John is listed in the "26-45" age range. He has a son "10 or under." There is a daughter "10 or under." Then the adult female, who we assume is John's wife, is in the "26-45" age range. There is a William Liggett, who had a daughter Susan who married John B. Smith. I think the son of this John B. Smith in the 10 year age range is a Jr. and is the one who married William Liggett's daughter. There is also Hays in the Census living in Washington Cty. William Liggett married a Esther Hays.
