Antoinette, I don't have information on whether Flora Sinex had a will or not; however, in the Abstracts of Wills of Washington County, Indiana 1808-1902, Abstracted and typed by Miss Lulie Davis, with with the Washington Co. Historical Society,in 1971, I found the will of Thomas Sinex mentions Flora as his wife. According to this volume, the wills covering the period Flora Sinex died (per your post) would be recorded in Will Record G, covering 1893 - 1902. p. 92-93 Thomas Sinex of Washington County, Indiana Date: May 17, 1870 Probated: September 19, 1870 Recorded: Will Record C, Pages 604-606 Wife: Flora Sons: Thomas H; William G.; Elisha W, and Albert, deceased Daughters: Jane Woodville (eldest); Maria L. Would anyone have a copy of Will Record G covering the years 1893-1902 for a Flora Sinex? Thank you. Antoinette (Tacoma, Washington)
Hi, I saw your name on IN WASHIN-L list. I'm looking for info on Elizabeth Wheeler (later married John Hoover or Hover) born around 1820 I don't know if Wheeler is her maiden or a married name. My Great Grandfather was Marcus (Mark) Wheeler born 1843 in Indiana & he came to Wayne Co, Illinois with her & John in 1852. I don't know who Elizabeth or Marcus's parents or siblings were. Elizabeth may be Marcus's mother, sister, aunt, sister-in-law. Thank you in advance for any info you can share.
