Here ya go---my granny Neideffer's recipe Persimmon Pudding 1C persimmon pulp 1C sugar 1 lump butter 1/2 C buttermilk 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 C sweet cream 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1 egg 1 C flour Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until edges rise slightly and are crisp.
