    3. I have 2 Rebecca Halls both the daughter of Asa Hall and Sarah Richardson. One (b 7/31/1831, d 1861) married Arron Richard Long and the other (b 10/15/1831, d 1901) married William Kester. Can anyone help sort this out. Herb Arkin 55,000 Descendants and relatives of Richard Wright, Sr. of Rowan County, North Carolina who emigrated to Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri. 3. I hope that someone has an answer to this and will post to the list. The following is what I have in my records: Marriage Book F, pp 167 Aaron R Long - Rebecca Hall, 11/21/1850 11/19/1850 "Mr. Clerk - Sir please grant to my son Aaron R. Long marriage lices to unite in matrimony with Rebecca Hall, this November 19, 1850. Harvey Long" 11/19/1850 "Mr. DePau - Let Aaron R. Hall have lisons and save me the trouble of riding to town. She is in her 20th year. Asa Hall" John E. Cogswell gave his affidavit that he saw Asa Hall and Harvey Long sign. My records show Rebecca Hall b: July 31, 1831, d: Nov. 21, 1861 and is buried in the Hall Cemetery. In the Posey Cemetery Listings, there is a Rebecca KESTER, b: 10/15/1831, d: 9/26/1902, w/o William and dau. of Asa & Sarah Richardson Hall. Very confusing!
