It has only these Andrews listed: *Thomas ANDREW witness to a will for Jacob Senseney written 18 Feb 1869 *Thomas ANDREW witness to a will for William Durnal, date: 19 Feb 1875; wife:Nancy J. sole heir *James M. ANDREW witness to a will of Elizabeth Boston, 31 Jul 1896. These could possibly be sons of your Joshua Travis.
