    1. Long, Hall, Kester
    2. Marsha, You say "My records show Rebecca Hall b: July 31, 1831, d: Nov. 21, 1861 and is buried in the Hall Cemetery." I'm sorry, but I still don't see where the confusion is. This Rebecca Hall would certainly not be the one that m. Aaron Long. Her to tombstone would have said Rebecca Long, not Hall. Nuff said ~Lou

    3. I hope everyone gets this. I've heard privately that not all messages have been received through the list (as I'd mentioned previously, I did not get my first 2 messages back the first time.) 3. Since my WRIGHT message that I re-sent earlier did come through, I thought I'd try resending this one. Again, sorry for any duplicates that you may get. Marsha I hope that someone has an answer to this and will post to the list. The following is what I have in my records: Marriage Book F, pp 167 Aaron R Long - Rebecca Hall, 11/21/1850 11/19/1850 "Mr. Clerk - Sir please grant to my son Aaron R. Long marriage lices to unite in matrimony with Rebecca Hall, this November 19, 1850. Harvey Long" 11/19/1850 "Mr. DePau - Let Aaron R. Hall have lisons and save me the trouble of riding to town. She is in her 20th year. Asa Hall" John E. Cogswell gave his affidavit that he saw Asa Hall and Harvey Long sign. My records show Rebecca Hall b: July 31, 1831, d: Nov. 21, 1861 and is buried in the Hall Cemetery. In the Posey Cemetery Listings, there is a Rebecca KESTER, b: 10/15/1831, d: 9/26/1902, w/o William and dau. of Asa & Sarah Richardson Hall. Very confusing! 3. I came across some information while net surfing that a William WOOD (father of Jane Wood who married John TRUEBLOOD in 1811, Clark Co, IN) may have been the brother of Abraham WOOD (1758, PA - 1839, Washington Co, IN.) Does anyone have any information on these Woods? Abraham Wood had a daughter, Jane (by his first wife) who was the first wife of Anderson PAVEY (1790, MD - 1855, Washington Co, IN.) Abraham (according to his Rev. War Pens. App.) married Mrs. Nancy BOLIN on Sept. 15, 1807, Clermont Co, OH. No such marriage record can be found for this couple in Clermont Co (nor in IN.) Abraham Wood is on the 1807 IN Tax List. Another of Abraham's daughters, Nancy, married Robert GUY on Dec. 2, 1819 in Washington Co. I know that the Truebloods were originally from Pasquotank Co, NC area as was Anderson Pavey's (suspected) grandfather, Samuel Pavey. Does anyone know if the Truebloods had moved to another place before coming on to Washington Co? Thanks. Marsha
