In 1920 a tablet was placed at 23 W Jennings St in Ohio Twp which is the site of Newburgh public Library. The tablet placed by Mr Frank Bethell. He donated a large portion of land to the library, His land was sold to puchase the site at 23 W Jennings St . He was the largest benefactor of donations to build the new library in Newburgh. He gave the land in memory of his mother and the tablet was placed in 1920.
