I wrote to the Warrick Co courthouse and asked for guardianship papers for Henry Philips, born 1826, orphan of John Philips who died abt 1826-1833. I received this response. "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Due to the lack of manpower and the time it take to research, we are sorry but we are unable to comply with your request. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you. Sincerely yours, Lisa A. Feldbusch Clerk, Warrick Circuit/Superior Courts" Is there someone who is available to research the archives? Thanks, Wanda
