Thomas Brown, Oliver's older brother, had two sons - Daniel b 1824 and Edward b 1826. These would fit your dates. I don't know who Frances is. My ancestor is Delilah Ann Brown, b 1806, who married Uriah Hartley in Spencer Co. 1825. He died in 1839 in Yankeetown, Warrick Co. She married Mahlon Fay in Warrick Co. in 1844. Conrad Brown operated a hotel in Rockport, Spencer Co. He died in 1856 and is buried in Yankeetown. He and Elizabeth had at least 7 children: Delilah, Thomas H b 1809, Francis A b 1811, Oliver b 1811, Daniel H b 1814, James B b 1815 and David H b 1821.
