Thanks to Tamara, I have tied up quite a few loose ends with this line. There is only one puzzlement. In the Selvin Cemetery, Harriet Williams is listed: d Sept. 27, 1877 W/O CW, aged 64 yrs, 8 mths, 12 days. Her son John is listed: d Oct 16, 1861, aged 18 yrs., 6 mths, 17 days. There is also a Charles W. Williams, May 20, 1809 - Dec 23, 1841. Everything clicks together as far as dates except the death year of Charles. His brother in law, George M. Northam, is even buried closeby. Charles was on the 1860 and 1870 census with Harriet and the 1880 census with second wife Charlotte. I am wondering if this death year, 1841, is perhaps a misprint in the book. I am expecting a death date of 1881. If someone close to this cemetery could check the tombstone information for me, it would be most appreciated. Thank you, Jan Barnes

Hi - I have a Harriet Wells (1843-1921) daughter of Jasper H Wells and Nancy J (?) and also a Mary Ellen Wells (1853- 1889) daughter of Joseph Wells and Elizabeth (betsy) Bennett. Mary Ellen was the wife of Jessie Lane Barnett and I am looking for anything that may help me identify Jessie's parents. Don't have a lot more on the Wells but am willing to share what I do have- Lisa

Hi Again! Lisa Rogier asked me to pass this along to those of you who find an ancestor in Greenwood Cemetery: "If you would like to tell the group, I'd be happy to take a picture of any of the stones that people may want. All I ask in return is a self addressed stamped envelope." (Contact her directly-her email address is on the Greenwood pages) She is not finished with the "occupant" list yet. She still has two or three "walks" to go according to Lisa! The information that she's already sent in comes from 3 walks! Thanks Lisa! Marsha
