Are you related to him? What is your relation? I know William Skelton's wife, Sarah was a Scales only through word of mouth in my family and then it was supported from Bob Everett Watt's information. Unfortunately, I do not have any hard evidence to prove this yet. I do have the address I wrote to get contact his daughter who has his records. Please contact me privately if you would like it.

Located on 5th & Gum Streets. 5th St intersected into Clark. It was there until new Junior High was built on South 2nd St. Clark was from 1st through 8th grades. I went there in 7th & 8th grades. The Warrick County museum is located in ELLA WILLIAMS SCHOOL which is on South 2nd St. I also attended EllA WILLIAMS from 1st through 6th grades. I visited the museum 2yrs ago. It is located on the 2nd floor of ELLA WILLIAMS. I think Virginia (Shreves) Allen is in charge of it. I was born and raised on North 1st St and walked to Ella Williams, Clark and the old High School. The new HS was built on what used to be the fairground.

Clark school at one time was an elementary school in Boonville. It later became the junior high school and is now the offices of the Warrick School Corp. after most of it was demolished. Another grade school in Boonville was the Ella Williams School which until a few years ago housed the Warrick Museum, Health Dept. and Extension office. At this time the Health Dept and Extension office have moved out leaving the Museum still there. What's left of the Clark School is located at the north end of 5th st. in Boonville. Gilbert

Hi Group & Happy New Year! Susie Rose sent in the 1850 Skelton Twp. census! I've got it posted under the census records. Find the link under "Census" or "What's New". I've also added more "H" supplemental marriage records. Find that link under Marriages. I may have time to finish them tomorrow.... looks like Raleigh, NC is going to get some snow. The city shuts down when we have a few inches (we're supposed to get 8-10 inches)! I may get to sleep in and type in the afternoon! Happy Hunting & Thank you Susie!
