Hello to the lists: Has anyone had reason to question the reliability of the IGI index of the LDS site? I recently have received information quoting that as the source of some data for which I have been looking for years. Hypothetical situation: If I place some doubtful data in my Family Tree records and, at some later date, this information finds its way to the LDS, do they then place it in their records as fact? And is it then fed out to other researchers as such? Cookie, in Florida

Hi Group! I've been off for a few days from the snow in Raleigh so I've been thinkin' about new stuff for Warrick! Maybe I've bitten off more than I can chew, but I'd like to get copies and/or transcriptions of the court records to put on the web. Tina Trisler has submitted the first one--- a peace bond, done in 1843! Right now, I'd like to stick just to the court documents, including wills, but not the marriage licenses (although they are very pretty!) . If you have copies of any Warrick Court records, please transcribe them and email them to me. (I start back to grad school tomorrow night, so I may not have time to do the transcription) If you have a scanner, I'd love to have a copy of the document to post. If you email me an attachment, you must say in the body of the note what is in the attachment. I don't open anything that doesn't have a personal note inside...too many viruses floating around. If you don't have a scanner, but would like the document posted, please snail it to me! at: Marsha Bryant 409 Troy Place Raleigh, NC 27609 919-847-4756 Looking forward to hearing from ya'll! Find the link under Court Records....Submitted court documents Marsha http://us-gen.org/in/warrick
