I am looking for information on Bradford J. Robertson and Maria (Keeney) Robertson both from Kentucky, but moved to Indiana before 1882. They are both buried in the Bates Hill Cemetery with other members of my family. Fannie Robertson, b. 1875 in Kentucky,is my grandmother and these are my great grandparents. The Boonville Enquirer, Saturday, March 2, 1889--Lynnville Section: Wm. STUCKEY, a flourishing dude of our town, has gone to the land of flowers to engage in the training of alligators and other finny tribes in order to form an aquarium of a big show.

My grandfather Archie Marvin DIAL had a newspaper article framed that has "Picture of Eby School Taken Fifty Years Ago This October". There is a handwritten date on the back "This October, 1938". That would make it the Class of 1888. The article does not include the name of the newspaper. Assuming it was either Boonville or Evansville due to a portion of an ad on the back of the article saying 2000 subscribers to Boonville ______ and Evansville papers. There was no story line, just the picture (very yellow and faded) with names. The names appear to include married names and if the person was dead in 1938. I am posting the names below in hopes that it will help someone. Gilbert Schmitt of Warrick County told me that Eby was not really a town but a small community located on HWY 61 north of Boonville, a bit closer to Lynnville.
