I need a zip code. Is there someone on the list who can supply me with some information. I can find the code for Newburgh, but am not sure the address I have is a Newburgh address. The area I'm interested in is the vicinity of Sharon Road and Anderson Road. What town/city would this be in and what is the zip code? If anyone living in the area could help I would be very grateful. Ellen Keller

Hi all, Has anyone ever come across the surname FORSTON in Warrick Co.? Doshia Mae FORSTON married Sherman FAASS and later on his brother John Jacob, who was the veterinarian for the Boonville area. I am trying to find Doshia Mae's ancestors. She was born in 1879 and died 1972. I would appreciate any hints. Thanks, Juergen [email protected] http://www.geocities.com/jseim_61/index.html
Ahoy there! I have not yet been able to access the ship records. I haven;t even found them yet, but I must admit that I have not been pursuing it diligently. I've been doing other things tha took priority. The 'good ship "Athens"' departed Liverpool, England sometime in May, 1851 and arrived in Baltimore around July 24-26, 1851. I saw the ship's manifest once, at the Nationa; Archives in Washington, DC, but did not know enough to get a Reel Number for the tape, and I didn't copy anything but my ancestors' names. I figured I'd get back to it later but I never did. That was in 1978 or 1978. Ignorance is bliss (I was so proud of myself), but you pay for it later (now I can't find it (at least readily; I'll find it sooner or later). Hope this helps. I love this genealogy!
