    2. Marsha Bryant
    3. Hi Group, Just a quick note to all of you... Jerri Houston has volunteered to look up the court records!!! Her only fees will be copy costs and mailing! You just can't beat that! Take a look at the court index online. Write down all of the information shown for that case, then email Jerri. That's it! Make sure you send your snail address to her. She can't send xeroxed copies without it! If you have other names that you want to see if there are court records for, email me first and I'll look at the rest of the index. (I haven't finished typing it yet, I've only gotten to mid-H). Also, once you get your information, if you'd like to have it online, all you have to do is type it and email me. (Please do that if you can. It may be the information someone else has been dying to get!) I'll add it with your email address attached. Make sure you thank Jerri for her efforts! Find her address on "Ordering Records" in the Court section of the web. Happy Court Record Diggin' & Thanks millions to Jerri! Marsha http://us-gen.org/in/warrick PS. Please make sure you send Jerri all of the information you find on the web for the case and your snail address. That way, she doesn't have to go back online for every request. All she has to do is to print your email and everything will be there.

Caroline was the sister of my great-great grandmother Lumira Jane Rice who married John T. Marshall in Pike County in 1863. If I find anything about Elias in my searching I will let you know. William PHELPS and family moved to Warrick Co., IN probably from Grayson Co., KY sometime after 1810. Then after Nancy's death, in Warrick Co. on May 31, 1846 he married Ritha COX who was the widow of Minor LEERIGHT. Were your HAMBYs in Warren Co., KY?
