Bayne died in a Lafayette hospital a few days ago of pneumonia following an operation. His age was 63. He is survived by Mrs. Bayne and one son living in Seattle. The older son died in France of wounds received in Seattle. After teaching for several years, Mr. Bayne came to Danville and took an extended course in law. He and his family are kindly remembered here. He practiced at Mulberry.
