It was used as a TB sanitarium for years. Today, it is the Ross Administration building on the Ivy Tech Community College campus. It faces US 52. There is more information on it at http://www.laf.ivytech.edu/facts_and_info/maps.html There is a link for a floor plan. However, I didn't see a picture of it. The building pictured on some of the pages of the site is the new building. Susan

Stockwell is right in the corner of Tippecanoe County and they may have married there but gotten their license in Montgomery County (especially if that's where Soloman was living at the time). If you don't find it there you could try Clinton County. I recall seeing Solomon's grave somewhere. Possibly in Fairview Cemetery in Stockwell?

Definitely search Find-A-Grave at: http://www.findagrave.com I personally have put up several hundred pictures in the last few months and I know LA and several others have also put up tons of photos and Thelma Morgan has put up transcriptions for many, many cemeteries in Tippecanoe County. Also, if you get a photo that is not on Find-A-Grave, please post the photo. If you don't know how to post a photo or don't want to set up an account you can e-mail the photo to someone who has an account and I'm sure any of us would be happy to post it for you. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
